Housing Loan Servicing and Management

The Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department's Portfolio Management Unit is the point of contact for borrowers whose loans have been fully disbursed. Services include: processing of loan payments, Pay-off Statements or Pay-off Demands, Mortgage Verification, Assumption, Amendment, Subordination, Reconveyance, etc. Portfolio Management also services loans originally made by the Housing Preservation and Production Department, Community Development Department, Department of Building and Safety, Los Angeles Housing Department, and City of Los Angeles, A Municipal Corporation.NOTE: For prompt processing, loan documents and payments should be mailed to:PO Box 532729Los Angeles, CA 90053-2729If you require a pay-off statement or pay-off demand, please fax your request to (213) 808-8606.
